Mandatory Qualifications:

• Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities p* p; Q J p# A- O
9 `8 e* J0 N! H+ `/ @/ l• Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs. @( a% x5 T3 A. N
0 r0 ~7 w' O. ~9 q- U: z Z: ?• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

• Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions5 y* Z1 G7 v, W0 ?; e4 a

• Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.
