Mandatory Qualifications:6 G- m0 S8 j3 i1 T; c/ k
- q6 J2 {: N; w4 F• Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities

• Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs( e( g; s9 M F: k

• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

' S7 P4 b+ E6 X6 O/ x0 [• Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions4 z3 t5 C) G: j0 v9 T

• Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.1 J2 }$ ?& ~- z- [+ b$ n
! g$ K# J) N% |. ]. I# b• Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.
