借人气问问， lender 给我一年fixed rate 2.99%，请问高吗？最近要求renew policy, 所以请高人指点，大家一般有好的rate推荐吗？一般大家买variable 还是fixed? 虚心学习中

I just renewed mine. 2.99% 4 yrs fixed. 年轻的心 said its a good rate and u should get it for as long as possible

一年固定最低可以做到2.74%, 大银行。

一年2.99应该高吧,现在4年的是2.99.我那天还看到一个银行门口说2年的2.74,年头越短应该越低

2.99一年不低啊。。。大银行两年fixed也就2.79啊

It's a little bit high. CIBC can offer you 2 year 2.69, 3year 2.89 .
