This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
) r- q+ u" i. X•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
& `) i9 K, ^: g•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
( [. e) ?( Y& k5 ]( r* i! s•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
+ y" [- U; \" o: }•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
$ k% N/ [: _7 Q, {  a2 E•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
; X. z5 q. N- M) i•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
