The Home Buyer's Plan allows you to borrow funds from your RRSP to purchase your first home. Here are some of the key facts:

The funds must have been on deposit at least 90 days before you withdrew them.

A signed agreement to buy or build a qualifying home is required.
You can only participate in the program once.

怎么定义first buyer呢？要是买两套房子，是以签合同的时间呢，还是take posession的时间为准？要是一套房子签约在3月份，但是要等到下一年才能搬进去，另外一套房子签约在7月份，但是同一年的10月份就能搬进去，那哪一套应该算是第一次购买的呢？谢谢。

4 G+ L! R5 m; E, g. g我的观点是， FIRST TIME HOME BUYER, 应该以你签订正式的购房合同的时间为准，但最终的裁定属于CANADA REVENUE AGENCY SERVICE。
