Summer Volunteer Services Annual Projects Assistant

# {* I# i& _/ N% L" YPurpose of this position: To expose students or recent graduates to the diverse client and volunteer population found in our local marginalized and disabled volunteers; to organize and manage the collection and generation of statistical reports in Database and Outcome Measures projects. In collaboration with the Volunteer Coordinator: to organize and manage the creation of a newsletter for a non-profit organization; to organize and manage events; and to provide support to the Volunteer Services Department projects.

+ p% b J# P+ ~" u2 O. ?' X* W' h1. Volunteer Evaluations: May, & June
1 g( |/ R$ s* V* O2 f- {Distribute FCSS Outcome Measure Evaluation to a selection of on-site volunteers and/or clients over a one month period. In collaboration with Department Managers, develop a Program Logic Model with Outcome Measurements for 6 other departments., z6 Y( H1 c6 P7 I' P9 }0 q' p
% a5 A% X7 Q4 G5 m Distribute evaluations to on-site volunteers
+ s G% k7 s9 s& s& d( b/ Z, m( N- L1 t Collect completed evaluations from on-site volunteers

 Prepare 6 newsletters for distribution throughout the year using Microsoft Publisher:

o Create creative titles based on Seasons or pertinent Events
