A male wearing a balaclava and carrying a handgun was spotted by a pedestrian walking in the area of Falconer Road and Riverbend Road at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. - g/ e- s5 m7 U& f7 P9 {$ ?# f) y1 m/ v* R. D; R% ? G
Police arrested the man later in the afternoon at the Terwillegar Recreation Centre, after receiving a tip from a resident.3 |! T/ W/ U! H+ u$ n1 S

A search of the man's home turned up a BB pistol and balaclava matching the description given by witnesses.
