This resource will be responsible for the following:

3 I0 E4 v  r1 {5 ~1 K- l7 {Identifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
  K+ r; s. b% W! K+ G) V( I$ cRecommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
7 p& z2 _7 o% Z: M6 E! {: D" ^Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents
Provides the overall design and structure to the application.
) V6 E# ^" f+ A0 dEstablishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
. C: x, T* q' s* S  MMentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
4 p% F$ l/ M% r9 {Enforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
5 t/ ?4 D9 x" N7 P; _# wProvides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
Guiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Must have strong Object Oriented Application Development (OOAD) skills

( M2 {" p" j$ \2 R& P% jMust have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development experience
Minimum 8 years development experience with SQL Server
Minimum 8 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
