This resource will be responsible for the following:

0 Q3 n9 U% i$ OIdentifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
+ F3 P0 Z9 s! e9 D1 J) V) F  s- NRecommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents
4 A7 D- d# a- \" YProvides the overall design and structure to the application.
Establishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
Mentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
Enforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
2 ?  w) W. d  i* F) P# j3 r) mAssists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
Provides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
& n. _, o& v' S" Z* ?' xGuiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Minimum 6 years of solid hands-on VB.NET coding experience.

Minimum 8 years development experience with SQL Server
