看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。/ Q0 z$ T" n9 S) X. y- `8 r
Introducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby+ C, ~2 _( m0 U& A
Note: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food. K7 G/ p7 X1 E. C( m1 a, g
Babies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:1 }% t& c5 H* ~' G% L8 z) z. C$ Y
4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)4 f1 n9 k( T# Y( f7 E8 j* ^/ H
5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)3 z7 W7 {! `5 @/ m1 P
5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.

7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)
# r3 c/ F8 C! D) E3 N; S8 Z" c$ o% H8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).

IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.
1 J8 e: _ T: h r( `1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.5 b- u# S0 h8 U+ e+ `- [
2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.
" A2 B8 V2 z% q$ w4 b3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.1 l( K' `! z5 z/ H b: O
4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.
! r6 d$ n. B; q' ]3 p6 U; W0 q- d& b5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.; f1 _' e/ j' X# m- E9 ~
6. You may use standard commercial products or make your own blenderized foods without any added salt or sugar. (Publlic Health may have more information on home-made foods
