baby 辅食guide

看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。

% l, ^0 C, O: ?* b8 ONote: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.0 V- Y& u% ~5 q. ?
Babies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:
+ M) q1 l& f& K2 a% \4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.). V9 g- v: W* K
5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)
9 {* W  x7 Z4 F) {! v5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.! w$ S9 X- x5 H
6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)
! K+ p5 r8 n+ d7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)
6 _6 z/ `6 I/ }- A3 j8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).
* Q! c  X$ l: ~; _6 ?& I$ s, |10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)
8 Z$ ]3 a5 W( V4 ]IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.8 \# O: e4 a( m+ u6 ^# v+ I# p) M) n* J
1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.; O) a( R2 l, c8 X# p' U
2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.
. i( S$ n/ y; u/ F. H3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.
1 \3 ]4 b2 |4 k) i1 M1 A4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.- F4 O" \( e8 R) R; O1 _
5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.% G5 x* @3 E7 V
6. You may use standard commercial products or make your own blenderized foods without any added salt or sugar. (Publlic Health may have more information on home-made foods
