我的情况和你不完全一样，我是先以普通案件提交了renew材料,然后才发生紧急情况需要回国。

There is no guarantee that the card will be ready before your departure, but we will make all necessary efforts to speed up the processing of your application./ M; j9 ~2 U, G2 a$ s( Y; ^
5 f2 m4 ]2 l4 M& YIf the card is not ready before your departure, you will have apply for a Travel document (permanent resident abroad) at a Canadian visa office located outside Canada before returning to the country. The application is available on our Web site. You can fill out the application on-line and print it or fill it out by hand. The travel document is only valid for one entry. ; O) ^; g! {# s

Please note that a PR card or travel document is required for all permanent residents returning to Canada on a commercial vehicle (plane, train, boat or bus).
