发现这个区（特别是沿溪谷的）房子好像很多都是印度公司建的(Evershine Builders&Developers)，不知是这样吗？ 以前听说印巴人建房不靠谱，房子挺贵的说

There are three developments in the Mactaggart area:
3 l' J+ W. d, U7 b- E% F% X/ |+ z1) Mactaggart Mains
- M8 W: k6 l3 l/ i2 Q9 Q. I2) Uplands at Mactaggart
3) Mactaggart Ridge

4 q& Q3 @* f& G8 a0 dThe first two have their own set of builders. The third one (I think you are refering to this one) was open to public during the lot sale back in 2006-2007. Personally, I would stay away from it.
