City Council will be starting the process to approve development in park areas around Edmonton. While our areas are not impacted yet this will set a direction for the future.

Our parks for the residents of the Henderson, Haddow, and Falconer areas are our community gathering places. We don't have shared facilities, or buildings that can be used for friends and family to come together within walking distance.

; w& j4 F8 ?3 }9 F/ j' Z8 y6 dWe are 15,000 people that live between two major roads, with one to become a freeway in the future, and our space is critical. We need to continue to build our neighbourhoods and maintain the parks for our community and personal needs for celebrations, time spent with family, and the health and well-being of the individual.



All needs in the community are important whether they are the needs of our children, youth, adults, or seniors. We want to work with the City, School Boards, and Sports Associations to continue to create a community in which ourselves, children, and grandchildren can grow up in.
