我庆幸我肠胃有过敏问题，不喝牛奶的人这次幸免。

国人觉得 costco 是个多好的地方，能到那儿购物好像就高等的，就主流了。costco 是美国人开的，给大家是扫扫盲：加拿大和美国的食物方面的标准是不一样的，加拿大的要更严格。我老人家是尽可能买加拿大产的，特别是肉蛋奶青菜水果等等。

我还真地认为Costco是个好地方，服务好价格好。虽然基本不会有大的折扣价，但是正常的标价已经足够好了。我在那里购物是为了省钱省心。Costco超长的退还和保修期，退货保修不需要原始发票，对于我这种懒人是太重要了。

costco有种巧克力的奶是不用冰箱储藏的，所以经常camping的时候带着喝

没在加拿大的costco见过有机白奶，商店自己的品牌一般便宜点，尽量买品牌的吧。

这边的Costco好像没有有机牛奶，我一直在save on foods买有机牛奶给我家宝宝喝，大人就喝无机的了。有机牛奶还是要比无机牛奶要好的。
