Job Description:

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.! o+ _; m7 c% V, L x% x
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
. m) m# n% k1 [& O• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;: V' C @5 i2 e" o* W( d0 H9 B
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;( e: w% e% _' N" n5 C* i( n1 y" `
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.

• Participate in trade shows;

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
