( @4 ^7 j, q4 g6 \4 W' Y• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
4 n: Z# ] p, _8 N• Oversee hotel security requirements.
5 t* J4 i9 u q( n, i• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
7 E' ^5 ?2 X( K. `' y- k& q• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
( D& G+ c& |$ E) e• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.! |2 F+ d' Z+ M+ f3 a" q% k
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
7 K$ c7 G- p# l% \' z; F• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.

• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. # i- `& G% ^9 \& `8 Y( w
• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. 8 m7 L5 {6 g D# p
• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware., V. F2 u& K9 O' W# Y! w" g0 U! z
• Attend Cluster meetings.
) U" h, W/ k5 n9 q2 z' x% g• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
* N5 K5 r0 X) o$ b. r& p• Handle PMS computer problems in each department
& C2 o7 w8 z/ [# E+ F• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property2 _5 W# [1 F# B3 G
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;& W. p P9 ^5 A# t( H
• Ability to lead and develop;
5 V% \, J/ U' z) O) U( f+ L• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
