一个国内的朋友说他玻璃体液化、混浊。我还真吓了一跳，毕竟他还很年轻，怎么就得了似乎老年人才会得的病呢。

他是由于高度近视引起的。

由年龄增长引起的玻璃体混浊基本上都是手术. 药物很少有帮助的. 如果不是老龄, 就必须看得病的原因, 是否跟高血压有关, 是否是细菌感染或者真菌感染引起.

如果是感染引起的, 有如下几个药物治疗的方法: (从网上找来的可信度不明, 最好还是看医生去吧, 与其在论坛上问不如问问这边的医生)

inflammatory vitreous opacities:

: U7 o) h* B, o(1) bacterial infections:
① dexamethasone: the drug of choice, the fornix conjunctival injection, 5mg each time while using gentamicin 20mg, dissolved in water for injection 1ml, lower conjunctival fornix bet clock, day 1, continuous 3 - 4 times.
  J1 h9 h3 P/ Z: A5 E  x/ n" T2 O② 0.5% gentamicin eye drops: drops, 1 hour, plus 0.1% dexamethasone eye drops, eye drops 1 hour time.
) e/ e( ^9 U/ k2 n9 p2 g③ systemic administration: early use of gentamicin 0.12g and dexamethasone 10mg 500ml 5% glucose injection, intravenous infusion, day 1 - 2 times .

% R% f9 b% N+ [(2) fungal infection:
: m0 o; A9 G2 E; a. w① amphotericin Bz first medication per body weight 0.05-k8 0.1mg, dissolved in 500ml 5% glucose injection, the intravenous infusion of 3-6 hours, day 1. Increasing body weight per k8 each medication 0.1mg, 1mg drug per kg body weight up to date, the total does not exceed 2g.
) N9 i* ^( [  X' x) N; e. O% b- m* ~. v. Q② 0.2% -0.5% amphotericin B eye drops: drops every 2 hours 1.
4 D& b, z; N5 y3 }$ M③ 10% -30% sulfa sulfacetamide sodium eye drops: drops, 6-8 times daily.

我也偶尔会看到一根小毛一样的东西在眼睛里瓢,特别是强光时。刚做过眼睛全检,以为是隐形眼镜问题呢。是不是正常人也偶尔会这样?如果不是,我是不是还要看医生啊?
