city的停车罚单早就涨价。可以找寻各种理由申诉打掉罚单，如果理由足够的话。如果现在不交罚款的话，以后车子驾照更新时，还是要交的。

What happens when I get a parking ticket?
DAY 01
•A Parking Enforcement Officer issues a bylaw tag

早就涨价了，是75。想打掉要去上庭，停车罚单不接受减价，只有上庭，要么全打掉，要么全交。
