哪位知道在fort mcmurray这里谁可以做认证呢？续签枫叶卡现在需要认证护照上的盖得中国的章

Hi, I got my new card in Feb, 2013 . I did not notarize anything . just filled out the form and showed how many days you are not in Canada.
