1.申请表 level A&B - HRSDC 5517, LevelC&D - HRSDC 5512+ C& J8 ^# Z% R C
2. Annex to appoint a representative 5520,; ^0 D D2 T1 @ p7 G/ a
3.Advertisements, e.g. Canada Job Band, and other proof of ad,
2 e- t+ B. j, N2 `4. Summary of applicants (Chart),
2 W' o% w0 u+ `$ f# y4 ~5. Business license
+ u: h9 P5 C" B: b- R6.Employer support letter to the employee(applicant)
$ Q/ \% p3 U' l7.employer tax documents

10. Education documents, eg, degree, diploma, certificate, trade certification,..
