2. Annex to appoint a representative 5520,# Y$ T t0 ~- a O( U5 b0 A' T" E$ U
3.Advertisements, e.g. Canada Job Band, and other proof of ad,
7 x2 e9 k3 Q- M, \4 e4. Summary of applicants (Chart),
1 x% v3 Z$ A9 r1 ~6 U$ _5. Business license

7.employer tax documents
