    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

7 v! I  P  l9 h& G1 i+ v* _7 }# }    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
# g% \/ h1 F+ M8 ?- @1 }  k% }    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
3 H3 @3 e$ {) o1 z; N- M    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
2 o+ V1 n, `2 T( I    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
% [/ ]1 d1 @0 _) B8 j8 d    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
8 r8 s$ Q- c: e7 `    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

& `% z# k5 }; B3 R; u  C! p- L    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
$ E  l, {+ x8 q! I: K3 B% L5 B    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
- y2 s3 W$ d3 E# O2 b; V0 T    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
( o8 e9 w* n! @. `9 V* `0 Z# S; \    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
; {3 H8 M1 s0 k% H2 I    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
9 O3 ^8 C$ ]8 n; R    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
