Maintenance Mechanic
职位介绍
    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
2 p# L1 M" j/ R  L6 c    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
, `' d: c" l* g; H% f; y' G    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

9 w& V2 ]% Z$ B- q0 H    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
. w8 k. h9 V# R  {+ y8 P! t    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
" C/ Q# S# S3 Y职位介绍：
1 z" x3 o1 i. P3 y    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
4 o. Y+ x6 {2 A6 c" X, F3 U    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
* [( U2 U, i6 x8 M8 Z3 e3 l    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
6 `8 @( t6 r& G8 v) m0 w    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
; P" Z$ e% M: X) `0 t    Weekly estimating progress reports；
7 \5 H% y6 G) B8 {    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

# N5 L# j& R5 Y. ~7 h职位要求：
0 ^/ t: F) r0 Q& |. z# I) D( T    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
3 l& E' j0 h' T7 b+ }+ v' Z    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
; Z1 ]4 Q4 s! s6 t8 ?    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
6 v8 M! ^  {5 n' t+ N1 G( S1 O; [    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
' f; J6 O' M# y. A7 T6 p. J$ K    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
" _) f; F8 j0 d) U    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
