    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；

- y. \) q9 M8 Y9 K    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；

职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
9 O5 L, o2 ^8 S  T2 U0 l' A    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
( L9 x+ w+ G4 y/ O* L    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
5 T2 C" ^+ w' K9 N5 i6 V3 V- C8 c    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
  ~( K& l$ m& f& P: m& D    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
' M  c6 _, s) V- {" F* e- B* W    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
/ u9 E% ]3 `2 q- z; Q    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
) i5 [4 j4 Q4 O  W    Weekly estimating progress reports；

    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
0 @- E9 X( O/ W* T8 x$ E$ b: Z. a8 f    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
5 ^2 D4 ]& G* u# y& W) r    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
$ G6 o" J8 V) @0 N5 a    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
3 k4 P4 Q+ S( s; c    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
+ `( M( Y+ A+ j2 Z+ ~7 [( R: F     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
