•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages0 d, o4 ], Q, x l

•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages% S! N" T! {3 T; T& G& m% R
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work 7 S1 ]# Q% N& B6 M- f
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing

•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
