The first annual Edmonton Journal Book Drive and Sale will raise money for Raise a Reader which supports literacy programs in the Capital Region. l& {$ a) L/ n8 A( ]# c# R; Y8 w) s4 W4 P1 b
The sale will take place beside the Alberta Aviation Museum --11410 Kingsway Ave. from Sept. 22-24. - v# v3 A( Z* E) X+ l2 b0 y' b& Q) N D0 E* G% F
Volunteers are needed to make this event a success. If you can donate an hour or two of your time to sort books, please call 429-5363 5 i( ^) \: T! {. c2 |& b& R c : u+ B4 ^ I8 r: e$ i$ o4 y# WVolunteers will earn credits towards purchasing books and will have first pick of the books.
