• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales.

• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.2 ~1 j$ L! H- o/ k+ r4 r3 B" i" h$ B

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

Job Qualifications
8 q# x) g0 s* L! x V* g0 N3 o• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
, m5 C% `5 h; K9 i( h4 G
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

" D( S& y+ ?6 |1 f' K• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
( O, g+ k: `; h# t) r! L
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

7 U: {- `7 y' ]6 C• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
: ^( L2 \, k W0 k% {, F" e- `) ~5 M
• Travel within the assigned region.
