• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

( a' e, _0 t, G% t5 A• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

+ r. s2 W/ L# o" q& ^• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.+ H: x Y( g% ^) ?

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.. c( M- ~% k2 H+ I/ M' @3 A

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.6 _% g W2 o& c! E8 I7 S

Job Qualifications
4 ]) Z1 y) O L) ^7 g5 @0 w8 c- b• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

+ g8 w7 K @* U• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
 K! A9 C+ d! x2 \0 `! I
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

% c- V7 x+ t7 A1 S$ C5 g2 R, w6 ~* D• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

. m! X( ?( e/ Y1 ]3 H% G• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
# L, {. q, o z U( a! }- d
• Travel within the assigned region.

+ Q- m/ t. m4 h• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
