Key Responsibilities:

0 q/ o9 A% z( ~! N• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

" m* q, |" K8 m6 k& p• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
+ L, V' _ ^/ Y
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.& i2 c8 J+ i0 v* |5 Y- F! T

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.: S% ^7 H/ `2 ?' b& v% u e

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

. \6 M' E$ K! x, `Job Qualifications# ^; L- ?* Z" U N8 D( j; r
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

, c9 E0 A0 U2 j+ X8 N• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

5 E4 h. u, o: f5 W• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.8 v- [/ A# F" p) O5 t; x( e

• Travel within the assigned region.
