4 `  G4 i& ]  K( KWorking closely with marketing, sales and programmers to facilitate customer system integration.
, S" G5 X, Q6 K+ Z: {, h& bWorking in close contact with customers and establishing relationships, providing personalized support and problem solving.
4 [/ b% T" W2 Q* ]Technical support and troubleshooting of client software implementations and customer issues or problems.
Create and maintain tools and training documents to support client system start up as well as follow up trouble shooting.

Requirements:

-         Advanced computer and technical knowledge

-         Ability to solve complex problems in an efficient way
( d% D9 l) g' V$ ?3 x
; J2 t: u( N, x: P+ z% J-         Ability to communicate in an effective and constructive manner with customers or potential customers
1 h; S$ h! X9 J
& p3 E1 r1 S8 [" h$ F-         Previous software support experience is an asset
5 i0 d& X) f$ j* {- R/ J
-         Post-secondary education is an asset

0 T$ y$ b5 C6 l. g- _-         Intermediate knowledge of database and web-based software is recommended

( y  i" u. [0 o5 C/ t-         Some programming knowledge (.NET, C#, Javascript, etc.) is recommended
