* `! @6 d& o3 N! Z; D. K1 vTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

3 z; W/ g+ e) o! ePrimary Objective/Duties of position:

. T4 Z' B  h  [4 k  Q" j    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
* K1 V0 s, c4 l3 Z    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals

    Actively participate in training initiatives
    Participate in community marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
5 U8 I$ n# V7 \& F, P, f
    High School and or Post Secondary Education
. e* _3 g5 s* C' k  {% _+ c    Previous customer service experience
1 d+ Q& B) k' k# c( z    Previous sales experience an asset
! q8 O: y/ X& G5 }3 F# ]; h    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  X2 r1 u* h/ Q4 F. K( n    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
' G3 \0 ?! e+ o3 D: ]    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
