求助！Enfapro二段宝宝喝严重便秘，各位妈妈有什么好办法？

如题，除了喝西梅果汁外有好办法吗，或者换奶粉？不知道液体奶会不会也便秘？有哪位妈妈有经验给些建议？

自从吃辅食后也是严重便秘，还没换二段的呢

如果是因为刚吃辅食的话，可能是因为食物种类改变引起的便秘，过段时间会好的。
也有的宝宝便秘是因为吃了米粉，试试换换食物种类。
如果是因为奶粉的话，可能宝宝不适应这款配方，只能换下其他配方奶粉。

我给小孩吃西瓜汁，SWEET POTATO症状减轻。每次吃完辅食喝点水。

Sorry I can't type Chinese here. Babies' 便秘 is caused by the iron in the formula and baby cereal. I found the best way to solve this problem is to give babies a lot of fruit and vegetables. My baby doesn't have this problem. She had a lot of baby cereal after she was 6 month old. And she had about 10-12 table spoon fruit and 6-8 table spoon vegetable every day.
