Big noise when turn right or left

my used car. The sound seems very big when make a turn. It seems no engin oil. But I check the oil. It's still between E and F.  This problems come from transmision oil?

根本就不是engine oil的问题，是power steering fluid 漏了

You have a problem in you steering system.
) N1 Y( j& w% X! bEither the  power steering fluid is low, a bad steering pump, or the bearing is shot.
! I- `9 U) V( \: ]6 M+ o6 L, q0 AIf it is a clicking noise only, then it is the CV joint.
