冬天这就到了，据说比往年下雪要多！爱城下了雪的路况大家都知道，所以虽然是个不吉利的话题，还是有所准备比较好。

我现在能想到的是，一旦发生了车祸，不论哪方责任，先拍照（如果有行车记录仪就更好了），取得证据（特别是对方车牌照以免逃跑）。然后如果车还能开动，就都靠边停车，交换驾照保险信息，记录目击者信息（如果有人愿意做目击证人）。如果损坏较严重（超过二千元），有人受伤，或者对方责任怕对方赖帐，一律报警等警察来做记录。

) v5 w; y% J# ?) ?- dA. 然后该怎么着我就不知道了……如果车还能开，自己开回家，打电话通知保险公司，然后去保险公司指定的车行修车？

C. 还是说CAA不管事故车，警察会叫他们指定的拖车公司来拖车？自己能指定拖去哪里吗？

D. 如果是自己/对方的责任，该先联系自己还是对方的保险公司？记得是要在24小时内就打电话？

E. 另外，听说在美国谁先报警谁有主动权，而且最好叫个救护车什么的。咱们这里是这样吗？

问题比较多，所以编了号。希望有知识有经验的各位来畅所欲言！另外，我在车里常年准备了发生车祸后用于记录信息的表格和用于私了的免责文书，有人需要我可以提供！

最重要的是找好目击证人

D call your insurance company. don't call the other party's insurance company. let your insurance company deal with their's.

you should fill in a police report within 24 hours of the accident. if you can, always get witness contact information. they can complete a witness report if they choose to.
