冬天这就到了，据说比往年下雪要多！爱城下了雪的路况大家都知道，所以虽然是个不吉利的话题，还是有所准备比较好。

5 ~! D9 N. C7 H. v: r% e3 i8 S5 x9 O我现在能想到的是，一旦发生了车祸，不论哪方责任，先拍照（如果有行车记录仪就更好了），取得证据（特别是对方车牌照以免逃跑）。然后如果车还能开动，就都靠边停车，交换驾照保险信息，记录目击者信息（如果有人愿意做目击证人）。如果损坏较严重（超过二千元），有人受伤，或者对方责任怕对方赖帐，一律报警等警察来做记录。

A. 然后该怎么着我就不知道了……如果车还能开，自己开回家，打电话通知保险公司，然后去保险公司指定的车行修车？

B. 如果车不能开了，自己叫CAA来拖车？该先拖回家还是直接拖去修车行？CAA能帮忙把自己和乘客送回家吗？

D. 如果是自己/对方的责任，该先联系自己还是对方的保险公司？记得是要在24小时内就打电话？

C only applies if the driver of the vehicle is no longer able to decide B. ie dead or unconcious, then cops will tow it temporarily to a holding lot
D call your insurance company. don't call the other party's insurance company. let your insurance company deal with their's.
E not true, or at least not that I'm aware of.

you should fill in a police report within 24 hours of the accident. if you can, always get witness contact information. they can complete a witness report if they choose to.
