• Support capital projects and network build activity with coordination, installation, and commissioning duties • Respond to corrective network problems, performing effective/efficient problem analysis, rapid troubleshooting diagnosis and prompt repair of equipment to ensure service restoral objectives are met.

7 z( R, S$ j! a  _, r• Plan for and implement preventive maintenance routines to ensure network standards of performance are met.

• Maintain "up-to-date" site documentation as outlined by the EWO initiative.

& `* d$ ^( b6 _/ u+ Z# n2 l• Perform acceptance tests on newly installed sites and equipment to ensure results meet design specifications.

* b1 Y# c, t! u# v3 z0 k• Microwave and Transmission experience (e.g. DS1, DS2 ,DS3, OC3, OC12, IP) • Gain in depth knowledge of key quality service indicators in geographic area of responsibility.

• Optical Fiber, SONET and knowledge of TCP/IP • Participate in retune activities associated with network optimization and build activities.

6 M* C7 T* Q  e• Administrative reporting of Mileage, Timesheet, Expenses, Equipment and Deficiency ticket updates etc.

# `8 l. W; M  K/ Z% t• Test hand-offs, RSSI, transmit level on mobiles, dropped calls and investigate any changes.

• Document activities for future assessment analysis.

• Maintain current documentation of site status, complete trouble tickets, incident report and other required reports.

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronics from a technical institute.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

-Telecom Diploma with at least 2 years of post secondary education -Experience working at a cell site -Must be willing to travel around Alberta (expenses will be reimbursed) -Experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Internet Protocol Analyzers, RFC testing and Microwave testing *The manager is not looking for Engineers.

1 }( z( ~2 P1 l8 `" [6 E" I*The contractor will not be required to do any climbing This is for a large LTE Expansion in Alberta.
