因为对方是挂在MLS上卖的，所以买方得有Realtor。请楼主不要胡乱猜测，我们不想雇卖方Realtor来做我们的代理。

; t* v) y1 ?! p  p) q0 s! W6 rFirst thing first, see your lawyer and he (not anyone from this forum can do better) will have all the professional advice for you.
Talk to your lawyer about all details you have agreed with the seller, your lawyer will write up an offer and contact with the seller's lawyer and/or agent (whoever the lawyer thinks fit)

千万别用对方经济人,我用过一次, 吃了几千快钱的亏, 律师也很重要,我就是图便宜,用了一个便宜的, 结果没有事情的时候看不出来,后来又耽误了我,吃了亏.
