因为对方是挂在MLS上卖的，所以买方得有Realtor。请楼主不要胡乱猜测，我们不想雇卖方Realtor来做我们的代理。
请问三楼楼主：怎样让Lawyer操作？

4 l, r6 C' |' y* ^5 b! Y" g* C/ P2 CFirst thing first, see your lawyer and he (not anyone from this forum can do better) will have all the professional advice for you.
Talk to your lawyer about all details you have agreed with the seller, your lawyer will write up an offer and contact with the seller's lawyer and/or agent (whoever the lawyer thinks fit)
