因为对方是挂在MLS上卖的，所以买方得有Realtor。请楼主不要胡乱猜测，我们不想雇卖方Realtor来做我们的代理。

3 r4 Z% C  l& f+ h3 t: K+ N( jTalk to your lawyer about all details you have agreed with the seller, your lawyer will write up an offer and contact with the seller's lawyer and/or agent (whoever the lawyer thinks fit)
