These are what I knew.
1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
! t7 j! y. `; }# ]2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
