Position Overview
•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
8 E  P/ v$ Z; |7 O- y4 ?, D3 y•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
+ v- u0 F: w; `4 W  a•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
" w0 V1 r7 P! o, ~•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

7 D; T, D3 O; R, p+ d- jJob Requirements
•        Retail customer service experience.
, L  H% G" j+ X/ b2 `•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
7 A2 @  S0 X8 T: }; a•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
