Position Overview
  }8 u( I  o& g" [) ~: ?•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
7 j" o  E; ?! W3 D- ^# t•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
2 b  `, F6 O; n; L•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
2 Y3 q, Z. Y& O! O8 Y1 ^' l•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
, F3 c6 n8 l% s2 o( P•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
