& m7 J1 i) t5 C& i•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
' }4 U( L. d% D; U6 v/ @( H•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

6 Q( t2 q: o8 @2 I: ^: sJob Requirements
# x; r- k; s. Y2 t1 P1 X" `# o•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
" i8 F) ?# p2 U9 p•        Excellent communication skills in English
; r8 z8 z9 |+ m) Q•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
