% d% s5 g: h. Z/ n. z' c2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

, S& J  S, C2 P+ u2 }4 M' P& q1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
still support the further price increases.
: L- J& p2 T" I! D0 i2 J3 ~, q2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
  y! E7 j+ w9 G6 a3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
