) Y- h, f& V' K. F你算得不对吧?第一年你收入6000,但是借债225000+利息,资产表收入应该是负值.你的收益应该是资产(房屋当前值)-负债(应付贷款),即 300000*1.02-(225000+利息-第一年payment).要等若干年后,这个值才会变正.
