Required immediately:
Accounting Technician.  Experience and posted secondary education required.

Duties include:

•        compute charges
+ n$ [0 t1 ]& }3 Y•        knowledge of Simply Accounting software is required
$ T$ Z4 r7 [* o- Y9 n0 j•        prepare invoices and reports
•        take telephone calls
•        make up cheques
9 g0 {& q0 m" |# q' M•        make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions
2 \' C4 m- f! |/ ^8 W% O•        perform computer data entry and analysis functions
•        assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
•        assist with or perform payroll calculations
•        analyze and record business transactions and period end adjustments
•        prepare basic financial statements
! M& v% u4 f+ v/ K6 B•        compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes
; c- R3 Z+ z# A3 Y5 L% k•        perform other clerical duties.
