JOB DESCRIPTION
7 k. @: A. @/ u; N1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 8 G' _1 a; J5 k: E$ }7 f
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;) d  W% b# P9 G' J
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;/ o2 G$ @) z/ _2 R7 k
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; ( Q0 F2 C# @. U! G5 l
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
2 `9 \. m1 q8 Q0 b0 Q- H1 d6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
. i5 n1 c; e9 h6 z7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.* `/ l1 Q! v7 P

Qualifications:! Y0 F- R6 G7 Z2 k9 ^
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.8 D; O( T7 s1 R/ x/ b
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
% U( E1 b! s/ Y) G+ p•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.: p  j: ]) W3 h8 p; _: |
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.9 }( B4 S% i+ z5 e
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker
