JOB DESCRIPTION, w& b% k; l# N  E4 t- t1 L
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
6 S2 o9 e; X' Z. i+ y2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;7 q, n. D% Q' T8 l
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
1 R8 ], c% E5 p2 X) _" Q# Q4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; ; d3 g5 Y4 n" C. l- b
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;+ u3 X! H" N2 `
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; $ H7 K. \$ t3 a
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

) N- }% S% f  a7 y& u& r. K7 c1 p; @Qualifications:
8 {$ I- X) s' d8 O8 X•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.- U7 [2 I. S% V- |/ m# M
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
+ u1 D% S6 A+ C•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.# U3 g1 A% N0 B" e" o* z  }
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
