留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
/ e/ J+ Q  C' _& m3 ~请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
# j3 D' P( L3 W- M5 C3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

% K9 L, U" C6 x8 a3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
. Z( ^* |) e( l. H& e' nTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
( D( k$ R$ Z: X1 y) qyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
