留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
) v* ^) r  ~3 [请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

  C1 ^0 F, P+ O6 Myou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
7 Z8 k" a) G6 j2 G6 G, Vyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
