vehicle is an insured motor vehicle;

(ii) to have the motor vehicle on a highway,

If a person drives or has a motor vehicle on a highway

5 J- p, t0 J0 S% }the vehicle, that person is deemed for the purposes of subsection
. E( m. Z. H/ c$ _8 z(1)(a) or (b) to drive or have on a highway a motor vehicle that is

outside Alberta.

A person, other than a corporation, who contravenes subsection
, Q$ o4 D% S* T" l D! J(1) or section 52(1)(h) or 167(8) is liable,) |' ]: ?- n1 U5 C& {, _* {
(a) for the first contravention, to a fine of not less than $2500
% g- Q; h% P. ]9 O k; Sand not more than $10 000 and in default of payment to& \1 ]4 j) r) q" I% c0 t
imprisonment for a term of not less than 45 days and not
