not do any of the following:

* e, u- E/ M. Z; u! u& A(b) have a motor vehicle on a highway unless the motor( _# o3 T3 w$ U! ^7 ]1 t
vehicle is an insured motor vehicle;3 Z9 w( k% N6 O1 N- n7 b9 v2 s3 Y
(c) where a person is the registered owner of a motor vehicle,8 ]( _; @1 n! w3 U+ g
permit another person
1 g4 n2 Y2 }1 ~) J& M5 O(i) to drive the motor vehicle on a highway, or
' L/ X/ _$ Q4 P: V }+ m, x7 Y(ii) to have the motor vehicle on a highway,! B. I* z3 F. E2 q# r, r8 ?2 Z
unless the motor vehicle is an insured motor vehicle;

responsibility card or a copy of it) l6 ?% ]3 Q- p9 C
to a person not entitled to have that financial! H) E0 ]3 _9 r9 {2 U
responsibility card or copy.

If a person drives or has a motor vehicle on a highway
/ a( n( r' c0 M0 a; {without the expressed or implied consent of the registered owner of' C4 C# D/ b: @" K8 C) L3 g
the vehicle, that person is deemed for the purposes of subsection
6 F1 }. o( V7 p(1)(a) or (b) to drive or have on a highway a motor vehicle that is1 M6 G% i8 i) O; J& U
not an insured motor vehicle./ j/ z! k( ~6 Y2 z8 i& u

Act, the motor vehicle is still registered for the purposes of this

by an insurer who has issued an owner’s policy

- G5 s3 _( ] G' l$ B) G) dA person, other than a corporation, who contravenes subsection

imprisonment for a term of not less than 45 days and not

Minimum $2500, if you don't pay, you will go to jail for a minimum of 45 days. |
