(a) drive a motor vehicle on a highway unless the motor

(b) have a motor vehicle on a highway unless the motor

permit another person
6 W. x6 I2 [5 P+ k(i) to drive the motor vehicle on a highway, or
) \* ]& R! M6 {9 C(ii) to have the motor vehicle on a highway,

to a person not entitled to have that financial

(1)(a) or (b) to drive or have on a highway a motor vehicle that is

A person, other than a corporation, who contravenes subsection) @; |$ h9 N& @1 l8 c) z7 a
(1) or section 52(1)(h) or 167(8) is liable,8 v3 {0 H$ i, `. O1 @) k
(a) for the first contravention, to a fine of not less than $2500. O# o/ h2 b- ^+ s4 d+ A* ?
and not more than $10 000 and in default of payment to
, b9 @# y. i8 @! A3 Himprisonment for a term of not less than 45 days and not
! r( C; o/ W: L8 Emore than 6 months
