Except as otherwise permitted under this Act, a person shall/ i* R$ X" {/ ~: L9 Y
not do any of the following:

vehicle is an insured motor vehicle;

(i) to drive the motor vehicle on a highway, or

(d) give or lend a financial

If a person drives or has a motor vehicle on a highway$ e' ~! Y3 D( U
without the expressed or implied consent of the registered owner of

(1)(a) or (b) to drive or have on a highway a motor vehicle that is" J- L. H% j( [

(1) or section 52(1)(h) or 167(8) is liable,

more than 6 months
