不知道你要买多大的房子，多大pocket?
DV家质量不错，26'-32'户型不错，32'以上设计一般，你可以自己改动floor plan。价钱合理。没有什么showhome可参考目前（新的快建好了）
One location也很好。

The house itself is about 350k plus the lot and GST.
We haven't looked into upgrade yet.
Just quoted for extend garage 2 ft for $1500, gas to BBQ for $400.
We will go back to showhome to get the pricing for hardwood floor in Great Room.

Upper floor is ok, I like the laundry and bonus room.

Main floor near entry is wide open.
We only have 2 people plus a little dog, so it should be fine for us :)

We were at Leduc looking at the showhomes.
Southfork is a nice neighborhood, but it is too far for us to go work.

I found most of the floor plans are very similar.
We focused on bigger master and ok size bedroom :)

Those builders are worst than DV.
After talking to #19, I am going to stick with DV

Standard package is too bad. After you sign the contract ,you will have to spend more money on upgrade.after that point any changes takes too much money compare to other builder..

3个builder都差不多, 都是各种各样的问题, 各种complain, 如果floor plan很多地方要改的花, Wester Living 是custom builder, 不另收费. 还能在IKEA order 橱柜, 如果你喜欢ikea style的话

都要花钱买房了，就不会太在乎那upgrade fee了。没有十全十美的builder，lot和house设计，主要是自己喜欢就行了。
