I have been looking into Windermere.$ b' b: ^1 G. b
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.1 r0 {( P6 b, b
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.& A" s& [/ Q+ u; K# }* t
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.4 S% Q# i8 e, n4 N+ `

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
