I have been looking into Windermere.; N" N& T5 A/ k( [( A) }
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.* u& Y6 w: b7 M) \+ l1 N
L6 {0 u t3 f; F+ |7 d) G" yAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
' z& I# x9 E. K, ~: O) V( W6 b$ WJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
& g4 q3 Q) u2 ], n# ~7 @6 qThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes./ r. c( s9 e1 R$ e. ], D) j2 u' K

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue., v$ }! V. V% A8 G1 a+ W8 N
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
