I have been looking into Windermere.
# d- r, B$ r$ G, H PMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
' _5 a+ P# G5 a6 F$ H8 EJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.+ H$ i$ N8 W4 [
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.2 A' G3 C9 J( w3 X1 l* [2 x! d

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.2 {0 C$ l" r' E% B+ y

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
