I have been looking into Windermere.' h# r& @$ O1 H
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St. |3 i3 ~$ d# j6 C6 |
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.0 X0 K3 S: `4 a) h
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.8 j( V0 N: y* M P
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
