; y) `9 ^: p5 _1 c( qImmigrant women and their families can now access a “household toolkit” crafted by a local service group for new immigrant families, through real estate agents. ? U& X0 h# A- \

In the tool kit are 75 common hand tools – like a hammer and screwdriver – as well a book on how to buy a home, a home maintenance schedule and other items.
