7 E4 r* q/ G4 \5 LNow I think I get it clear: To change name before applying citizenship, we need to go through Registry (pay 250CAN, waiting for 6-8 )first, and submit the Name Changing Certificate to CIC for citizenship. (Passport and PR card can not be changed. ): G/ l. ^; Z$ C: M8 z9 g: l0 D
; \9 r7 X" d; [" W, g! j2 MSome may have different experience with whether Name Changing Certificate is needed for citizenship. I guess that may depend on the processing officer at CIC. One may be generous or careless, so it also works without that certificate.
