申请公民的时候能同时改名字么

4 ?- P! ^2 Z( H# V7 C3 Q不用改其他证件。申请时，用旧名字证件申请，加上改名证书。不过我是先把孩子的健康卡名字改了。

应该是不一样的. 入籍申请时有一个选项, 填一下就可以了. 公民卡发下来就是新名字. 拿着公民卡, 就可以申请加拿大护照和该其他证件上的名字了.
麻烦的是每该一个证件,都要求官方该名证明.我们没有就必须解释,不过最后所有证件也都该完了.

入籍时是可以该名子的(不改LAST NAME). 我儿子就是这么该的.

有一个选项，但需同时提供legal name change certificate, 我记得是这样

# Z/ }- Z+ a+ `2 v$ }1 q+ DNow I think I get it clear: To change name before applying citizenship, we need to go through Registry (pay 250CAN, waiting for 6-8 )first, and submit the Name Changing Certificate to CIC for citizenship. (Passport and PR card can not be changed. )

& D+ b" ~2 R+ ~( n. A2 `0 S; Z+ M: ]Some may have different experience with whether Name Changing Certificate is needed for citizenship. I guess that may depend on the processing officer at CIC. One may be generous or careless, so it also works without that certificate.
