Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

3 e8 [. n; U9 R, Z5 L We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

& w9 f- ?$ R) T0 y+ A8 p The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities will include:
( `2 G/ n/ y0 w* c* |•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
- q, P1 E/ K0 }•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
•Keep work area clean.
# ?. i6 {; O; z% T. u  b•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

Primary Qualifications Required:
•Basic English communication skills
" ~3 C( z; }" h9 l8 r) w•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools

- |& E; W/ S& \' h" {" @# j; s•Able to lift up to 50 lbs
•Ability to work under constant pressure
' }7 b/ T' N0 R- w•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team
2 l/ `* P! H1 b$ v8 Z6 J•Must be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Status of position:

A shift:  Monday to Friday (7:00 am to 3:30 pm)

Starting wage:  $16.40.

•Check Units to pass Quality Expectation
•Fill sealed units with Aragon
•Patch units

•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines
