work permit名字错了怎么办？

在CIC网上没看到修改方法，遇到这种情况如何改回来？
之前申请的时候没看仔细，把first/last name写反了，没想到CIC工作人员没有注意到就给了我错误的。之前更新SIN时被对方工作人员注意到这个错误，对方说只能按照work permit上的名字给我SIN卡，即使明知是错的。只有把work permit上的名字改回来他们才能帮我改。

我之前也更改过信息，但是说我没有权限发链接，LZ就到cic网站自己search一下：Request to Amend Record of Landing, Confirmation of Permanent Residence or Valid Temporary Resident Documents (IMM 5218)
按照提示申请更正就可以了
