房产税高估了

新房的房产评估下来了, 不只是估价高出很多, 连面积也高出100多sqft. 郁闷中..... , 不知各位有何高见? 先谢了!

别忘了给政府老爷送盒月饼，这么好的事应该捂被窝笑，还说出来，你以后房子上市的时候可以凭空多报出100多尺，那可是一万多块，政府估的高，以后上市才好高价卖。
* e' A  m0 F+ S# G: y4 q4 r增值一年的税才 几个钱，很多人去政府抱怨，本末倒置。
