土豆沙拉。
土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

! y8 f6 r/ Q0 F3 ~! z6 c用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

(可以用筷子挑起，是个力气活，建议男士优先）。另鸡蛋煮

熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

! q+ u$ T& a0 a' u# }* N黄瓜胡萝卜之类，切丁。火腿（肠），切丁。以上材料混合搅

拌，加盐等调味料（忘了在哪儿加，或许也可以在沙拉酱里

我的单身简易版。土豆煮熟，去皮压成泥。蔬菜若干（超市有

' t" ]2 b1 g$ ?现成的拌沙拉的蔬菜），肉丁若干，倒入白色沙拉酱（也是现成

的），搅拌均匀即可食用，味道和卖的差不多（因为用的都是

一样的沙拉酱:p）

Potatoes: boiled and cut into cubes
* J& J9 E/ B/ z2 c, l4 _Eggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
Dressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
: G+ f  q2 q/ ~* G& [Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
