土豆沙拉。
土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

黄瓜胡萝卜之类，切丁。火腿（肠），切丁。以上材料混合搅

一样的沙拉酱:p）

Eggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
& c! L& a' M1 T: u4 J: s) a3 ^2 NDressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
1 H9 X6 p& D( r9 Z- y1 ^Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
