Duties & Responsibilities:
0 y; l, z! h/ n5 Z! ~  r$ b+ ~! v
- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
4 ~. w4 n! l* U' `0 v, J, [- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
$ u; r' k- ~% \  P1 K' x- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
, s2 ~0 H1 G  S: V: j' L  X- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
  D4 ]% F) ?7 ?, T- [6 y3 E6 Z6 {- Ability to use computers
# H  M/ N. ?( r- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
