Duties & Responsibilities:. @" {1 }+ g1 ~' _+ }
, S c) ]2 N1 }8 T- ] }3 Q, v3 T- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
( |: J m2 E6 `9 f8 ?- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
' y4 v) i( G% ^% q- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
( f; {& @4 D/ ]: ]$ F7 N1 C- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members, ~3 K( Y) B: T9 _: D3 p& ^, B- P/ s
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives. i3 B9 l6 Z, f6 A, ~$ l& ]3 A2 D- a
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis# V/ M3 U' \8 f2 [1 x4 [# }

- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
