Edmonton home builders say they are working non-stop to meet a demand they haven’t seen since the boom of 2005.$ w4 b' r( c. i+ i( C* ]

Builders started construction on 468 new single detached homes last month, a 34 per cent increase from August 2013.

“Right now we're running flat out, we’re building as much as we can,” said Rob Busby, construction manager for Landmark Homes." C9 q# \/ k1 ~: w( b5 ]3 v8 r
