刚买了房子，对水电气这块儿绝望了

That is just sarcasm. Roof top solar energy maybe possible but expensive enough to install.

EPCOR is renting that tower for a few floors only. Some floors are still vacant. Distribution and transmission charges are for power pole, wire and transmission companies that they have very high capital costs. Even if you don use any power, you have to pay the charges unless you let them take your power line and related equipment away.

100多就吃人了，前两个月通常都少，等冬天等着看吧。

除开水电气垃圾，还有电话，上网，电视，房屋保险，汽车保险，汽油费，汽车维护费，手机费，地税，mortgage interest，我觉得张口吃饭消费前，5k就没了

我家1800，冬天电130多，气300多。。2000-2200房子上600一点儿不奇怪。
