想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

+ X1 A7 I. e  R- e+ V% Y4 O2 nlow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
4 Y; y( x. s& {# Hnew townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
