想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

& f* N$ ~6 V6 ~9 r* flow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
( x0 Z$ l& n7 E' g! x' h  f- m0 C, Rnew townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
