请问Dolce vita homes建房能减多少钱

. R! L1 _6 r% E, i2 e, s. Z最近想在one@windermre建房,  看中一个36 pocket的lot, builder是Dolce vita homes,  他们现在有 $8000 的seasonal promotion,  不知道还能讲多少钱.  请教一下帮Dolce vita homes买过房的筒子.  谢谢

When did you sign the purchase agreement with Dolce Vito Homes?   Was that a draw mortgage, or completion mortgage?    For completion mortgage, it is unlikely they will give you any discount.  For draw mortgage, sometimes it may be possible. But draw mortgage you pay all the interests during the construction of your home, just the interest cost will be over $8K -10K.    So those builders are quite smart. Their quality appears to be quite good. My friends and clients' feedback has been quite positive.
